Our Engineering Team

ASIP's engineering team brings expertise across RF and microwave engineering, digital electronics, electronic module and sub-module development, PCB design and assembly, mechanical engineering, precision manufacturing and system integration. The team supports aerospace-oriented requirements from design and value engineering through manufacturing, integration and testing, with a strong focus on reliability, precision and application-specific performance.

Infrastructure & Facilities

ASIP has developed engineering and manufacturing infrastructure to support aerospace electronic and mechanical requirements. Our capabilities include electronic manufacturing and assembly, precision machining, 5-axis CNC manufacturing, mechanical component production, integration and environmental testing. Advanced machining infrastructure supports the manufacture of complex, high-precision aerospace components and assemblies.

Our electronic engineering infrastructure supports the design and development of RF, microwave and digital electronic sub-systems and systems, including complex circuit design, module and sub-module development, integration and qualification activities.

Manufacturing & Quality Assurance

ASIP's manufacturing capabilities are structured to support both specialised aerospace requirements and volume production of electronic modules, sub-modules, precision mechanical components and assemblies, depending on product complexity and customer qualification requirements.

Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) can be carried out with temperature ramp rates up to 15°C per minute. Our quality assurance team monitors manufacturing, inspection and qualification activities to support compliance with stringent customer and programme requirements.
